Below are the detailed instructions on how to process a return or exchange. All the policies begin from the date you received the product to the date the problem was reported to us first. Please see whether either of these pertain to you and if the item(s) are covered by our 30 Return & Exchange Policy.
The following reasons are covered by our 30 days Full Coverage Return/Exchange Policy. (CeliaJewelry is responsible for $10 return postage fees, and replacement fees)
We sent the wrong order or item(s), you received any broken items, or the quality of the products you received is poor/defective.
Paint is chipping, Crystals fall off, etc. (We will only exchange the item(s) for the same product, or for item(s) or equal or lesser value.
The following reasons are covered by our 30 days LIMITED COVERAGE Return/Exchange Policy. (Customer is responsible for return postage fees, and replacement postage fees. CeliaJewelry does not refund any shipping fees.)
You chose the wrong size ring(s).
Personal Reasons due to changed mind, personal taste, etc.
The following reasons are NOT covered by our 30 days return policy, and we are not liable for these issues.
Products are exposed to corrosive substances, or chemicals. Exposure to harsh chemicals can alter that appearance of you Celia jewelry product. These chemicals include, but are not limited to, Liquid Silver Polish, Pools, Hot Tubs, and Spas. Oxidized silver are easily damaged.
Products are damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
Silver pieces are given detail by oxidation, overtime, they may appear black. To remove this, please clean with the silver polishing cloth to return its original look.
All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way. Attention: All rose/yellow gold Jewelry are plated 1um color on the surface of 925 silver. During daily wear, rubbing or bumping will cause fade, which is normal. It is not a quality issue.
Special order items such as those with custom sizes and colors are not refundable.
Note: The shipping rate before discount will apply and is non-refundable. Although you may have enjoyed free or undervalued shipping, we do incur the original cost of shipping for every order. Therefore, we do not refund our original shipping cost
Return Service Procedure:
Please contact our service staff, and attach clear photos of the items that represent a quality issue.
Please follow the instructions that are provided by our customer service team.
Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of your item(s). Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 5-7 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account used during checkout.
Items that are being returned should be new, and unworn. They should be kept in its original condition in which you received them in.
Please contact one of our customer service representatives to request return authorization, and the return instructions.
The refund will be issued to your original payment account or in the form of store credit (gift card) as you requested.

All of the returns without authorization will be refunded in the form of store credit(gift card), please contact one of our customer service representatives first to get authorization if you want your refund be issued to your original payment method.
Items that are being returned&exchanged should be new, and unworn.They should be kept in its original condition with size tags. (Items without a tag are not refundable or exchange)
We will issue a $10 store credit(gift card) for exchange & return as a reimburse for the shipping fee our customers might have paid for sending packages back.
Exchange & Return Flow
Step 1: Fill out the exchange&return form that comes with your order.
Step 2: After sending your package out and send tracking info(tracking number and shipping courier)to service @Celia jewelry.com
Step 3: Package received and inspected by Celia Jewelry.
Step 4: Store credit issued to customer by Celia Jewelry.
Step 5: (For exchanging)Customer uses store credit(gift card) to order new item(s).

CANCELLATION POLICY
Once your order has been submitted we will immediately begin production on the items. If the cancellation is made less than 8 hours after order was placed, there would be no cancellation fee. If the cancellation is over 8 hours after order was placed, there would be a 30% cancellation fee. If the package has already been sent, you will not be able to cancel the order.
